Arbor Parent Portal and App
At Thornhill Community Academy, we use the Arbor Parent Portal and Parent App for all school communications.
Arbor is a free parent app that gives you direct access to information concerning your child's attendance, timetable, absence records, achievements, behaviour, and much more.
Further, through the Arbor app, we can send you messages with important information about your child's education and details of events at the Academy. For your convenience, all information is sent directly to your mobile or tablet device!
You will receive a notification and an email if we send you a message and there is no charge for the messages you send us.
The Arbor app is available for both Apple iOS and Android devices and can be found by following the steps below:
Step 1 - Go to your App Store
Step 2 - Search for Arbor
Step 3 - Download the free app
Logging in for the first time
Once you receive the welcome email from the Academy, follow the simple set-up instructions to start using the Arbor app.
The user guide, which can be downloaded from the link below, contains information and guidance on how to get started with the Arbor app.
